Weekly Group Class Schedule:

Sunday Morning Wakeup and Workout: 9:30am – 10:30 am (In person and on Zoom). 2-3 lb. dumbbells required.
(This class consists of 35-40 minutes of aerobic with HIT, strength training, and core work; it is done standing. Modifications shown to meet your needs.)

Tuesday Yoga Under the Stars: 8:00PM – 9:00 PM (In person only). Yoga mat required.
(This mindful flow class takes place in the outdoor studio, weather permitting; we create a beautiful space indoors when we can’t be outdoors. This class is suitable for anyone who would like to take a class in a lovely, relaxed environment. Modifications shown to meet your needs. Try it – you will love it!)

Wednesday Wellness Workout: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (In person and on Zoom). 2-3 lb. dumbbells required.
(This class includes aerobics, strength training, ballet barre, standing Pilates, core work, balance, and bone strength training, Modifications shown to meet your needs.)
