A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your weight and allows you to feel great should include a variety of foods, some of which you may not have considered. If “healthy eating” makes you think about the foods you can’t have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat and the great new recipes you can try. Foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat protein, high fiber foods, and whole grains, can be prepared in ways that will make them delicious!
My program will personalize a healthy and satisfying food plan based on your own personal food preferences and considering any dietary restrictions that you may have and together we will determine the best eating habits for you.

Regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems, control your weight, improve your mood, boost your energy and promote better sleep. So why doesn’t everybody exercise? We lack the time, we find it too difficult, too painful, or too boring. That’s why finding a movement routine you enjoy can make all the difference!
My program will customize a movement plan that works with your individual lifestyle and personal interests, and together we will develop a plan that gets you moving and keeps you moving. I offer one on one personal training in both my studio and in the park.

Lack of sleep can affect your weight, your mood, your energy level, your ability to think clearly, your memory, and your overall health. Studies have shown that sleep insufficiency is linked to on the job errors, car accidents, and industrial disasters. The amount of sleep a person needs will vary from person to person and generally changes with age. A good night’s sleep has many benefits!
My program will provide a personalized evaluation of your current sleep hygiene, especially if you are having difficulty falling or staying asleep, and together, we will create the best sleep environment for you.
